Refund and Returns Policy

At Prestige Travels, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and modifications for travel bookings and services purchased from us.

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
  • Tour Packages: Cancellation charges apply based on the time of cancellation before departure. Refunds depend on hotel, airline, and vendor policies.
  • Flight Tickets: Refunds are processed as per the airline’s cancellation policy. Some fares may be non-refundable.
  • Hotel Bookings: Cancellations and refunds are subject to the hotel’s terms and conditions.
  • Customized Packages: Since these are tailored to customer preferences, partial or no refunds may apply.
2. Cancellation Charges & Timeframes

(Note: Certain packages, peak-season bookings, and special offers may be non-refundable.)

3. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
  • Bank delays may apply based on the customer’s financial institution.
  • Service charges and transaction fees are non-refundable.
4. Changes & Modifications
  • Date changes and modifications are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Some bookings (e.g., airline tickets, hotel reservations) may not allow changes once confirmed.
5. No-Show & Last-Minute Cancellations
  • If the customer fails to show up for a booking, no refund will be provided.
  • Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.
6. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)
  • In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen events, refunds will be processed based on the policies of hotels, airlines, and travel partners.
